For Visitors

What time does the Gala start and finish?

-The gala officially begins at 1pm and finishes around 5pm.

Can we bring the dog?

-Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome at the event but they must be kept on a lead. Please be mindful that we are a really busy event and there is little escape from the sun on the field.

Do we have to pay to get in?

-No, entry is completely free - we do collect voluntary donations at the entrance to put towards next years event. If you have any spare change we would greatly appreciate your support.

Can we bring our own food and drink?

- Yes, while there is always a great selection of eateries at the event, you can bring your own instead. Don't forget to head over to our picnic area.

Is there parking at the event?

-No, unfortunately there is no on-site parking at the event for visitors and we encourage people who are able to do so to walk to the event or use public transport. We appreciate this isn't always an option for some people but ask that our visitors park legally and respectfully of other road users and local residents.

For Stall Holders

What time can we arrive?

-You can arrive anytime from 8.30am to set up your stall.

What time do we need to be set up for?

-12pm, your stall must be in place and set up for noon. All vehicle movement on the field ceases at 12pm and vehicles must be parked in the appropriate place by this time - No exceptions.

Can i park my car on my pitch?

-Some pitches do have space for car parking, however not all do and some cars will be directed to an alternative parking area. If you require a pitch with parking please include this information on your application form - these pitches are allocated on a first come first saved basis and while we try our best to accommodate these requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

Can we hand out leaflets?

- You can hand leaflets out from your stall, however handing leaflets out around the field is prohibited. This helps to combat litter.
